Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Stove Top dressing mix
    1 cube butter, melted
    6 c. sliced zucchini, parboiled 5 minutes with 1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine dressing and butter.
    Sprinkle 1/2 dressing (dry mix) over bottom of a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish or pan.
    Place squash on top of dressing.
    Sprinkle grated carrots over top.
    Combine the soup and sour cream; spread over the carrots.
    Top with the remaining dressing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
