Waffle Rosettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
confectioners sugar
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly, then add sugar slowly.
Now add milk.
Mix well.
Add flour and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Add vanilla. Using your deep fryer, heat waffle iron in oil, then dip in batter and then back in oil until brown.
Knock off of iron onto paper towel.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
