Spicy Shrimp With Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichokes, thawed
    1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
    2 3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. powdered chicken stock base
    2 (4.5 oz.) pkg. rice and sauce, chicken flavor
    1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
    3 scallions, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans, thawed
Preparation
    In a 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add artichokes and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.
    Add shrimp, increase heat to high and cook, stirring 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and loosely curled.
    Add water, wine, chicken stock base and rice mixes.
    Heat to boiling over high heat; boil 1 minute.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
    Stir in red peppers, scallions and green beans.
    Cook over medium-low heat 5 to 8 minutes longer, or until rice is tender and beans are cooked through.
    Serve immediately.
