Scandinavian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 202) can green peas
    1 c. celery, diced or sliced real thin
    1 small can pimento, diced
    1 1/2 c. sugar (less, if you like)
    1 c. dark vinegar
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 can French-style green beans
    2 medium onions, sliced thin
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix peas, green beans, celery, onions and pimento.
    Salt to taste and let stand while mixing salad oil, sugar, vinegar, water and paprika.
    Shake in a jar until mixed real good.
    Pour over vegetables and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Drain before serving.
