Cherry Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafers (Nilla are larger)
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. rum or vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Put wafers in bottom of baking cups in muffin tin.
    Beat the remaining ingredients together until light and fluffy.
    Fill cups 3/4 full with cream mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling and chill.
    Makes 19 servings.
    This is simple, but very good!
