Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. spareribs
    1 bottle catsup
    1 bottle chili sauce
    soy sauce
    smoked salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking wine
Preparation
    Cut ribs in pieces desired; season with salt and pepper.
    Brown on all sides.
    Sprinkle smoked salt.
    Add 1 cup water, cover and steam in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
