Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. sharp shredded cheese
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix or 2 c. self-rising cornmeal
Preparation

Adding cornbread mix last, add all ingredients together.
Put in greased muffin pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
