Carrot Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 large jars Junior baby food carrots
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, salt, vanilla, water, lemon juice, flour and carrots together.
    Separate 2 eggs.
    Mix yolks with ingredients; refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Beat egg whites with baking powder and baking soda; add to refrigerated mixture.
    Grease pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
