Cheese Cake Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) greased pie plate

Preparation

Beat cream cheese until creamy
smooth, adding eggs one at
a time.
Blend in sugar and
almond
extract.
Pour
into prepared pie plate.
Bake in preheated oven
at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes. Let cool for about 20
minutes.
Stir sour cream, sugar and vanilla together and spread evenly over pie.
Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
