Rellenos Para Tacos(Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, shredded
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 envelope taco flavoring or season to taste with chili powder, cumin, garlic and salt
    2 canned diced green chiles
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    12 tortillas
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except tortillas and saute in butter. Set aside.
    Drop tortillas in hot oil, one at a time.
    After a few seconds, turn, fold in half and fry to desired crispness.
    Drain on paper towels and keep warm in a low-heat oven.
    To serve, open each tortilla gently and insert filling.
