Crisp Onion-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 lb. potatoes, quartered
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    In shallow baking pan, blend all ingredients except potatoes. Mix well.
    Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly.
    Bake, stirring occasionally.
    Bake in oven at 450\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
    Serves 8.
