Meatballs And Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
1/2 c. packaged bread crumbs
1 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 c. chopped water chestnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium bowl, beat water with egg. Stir in bread crumbs, horseradish and water chestnuts.
Add ground chuck.
Gently mix with hands into 1-inch balls.
Place in shallow pan and bake 12 minutes.
Serve with Hot Marmalade Soy Dip.
