Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken or hamburger
    1 c. diced celery
    1 small onion
    4 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 pkg. peas (2 c.)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Fry hamburger and onion a little; add rest of ingredients. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in 3 cups hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
