Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
graham crackers (optional)
butter (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time; mix well.
Add sour cream and mix.
Add vanilla and mix.
Put in 9-inch round pan.
(Can mix graham crackers and butter and spread in pan for crust.)
Bake 30 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave door closed 1 hour, then
door open 1
hour.
