Pineapple Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together in top of double boiler.
    Cook over hot water until it thickens.
    Add egg, salt, margarine, lemon juice and pineapple.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
