Holiday Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 slices of white bread (not thin sliced)
1 8 oz. pkg. of shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 strips of bacon cut in half
Preparation

Trim crusts from bread and crumble.
Mix bread and cheese in bottom of greased 7 1/2x12 flat baking dish.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Stir in salt, pepper and mustard.
Pour over bread and cheese.
Lay bacon on top.
Refrigerate over night.
Next morning, bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 50-55 minutes.
Will sink if allowed to sit too long.
Serves 6.
