Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh vegetables, sliced (I use zucchini, squash, red and green bell peppers, carrots and mushrooms)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 pkg. Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix
Preparation
    Slice all vegetables and toss with olive oil and soup mix. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring once.
