Easy Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    5 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Soften the yeast in warm water.
    Scald milk; add sugar, salt and
    shortening.
    Cool.
    Add
    2
    cups flour and mix well. Add egg; add
    enough
    flour
    to
    make soft dough. Turn out on floured board
    and\tknead
    until smooth.
    Put in greased bowl, until double in bulk.
    Punch down; shape in rolls and place in greased muffin
    tins.
    Let rise double in bulk.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
