Bertha'S Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup
1 can biscuits
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion.
Drain excess grease.
Mix cream cheese, soup, milk, salt and catsup; add to meat mixture.
Put into casserole dish or pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with canned biscuits.
Put back into oven and bake approximately 15 to 20 minutes (until biscuits are done).
