Smoked Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. mustard
    1 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 to 5 dashes Tabasco
Preparation
    Mix all in a bowl.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil and pour mixture into pan.
    Place the trimmed brisket and turn meat over in the sauce 2 or 3 times.
    Then cover with foil and seal tightly. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 1/2 hours.
    Do not open oven door.
    (Can be cooked overnight.)
