Turkey Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
dash of salt
Preparation

Beat flour, eggs, salt and milk until smooth.
In hot, lightly buttered crepe pan or equivalent, pour 2 tablespoons batter for each crepe.
Tilt pan to let batter flow under cooking crepe. Hold crepes in warm plate.
