Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, flour and cornstarch.
Add this mixture to slightly beaten egg yolks.
Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly, until it just begins to thicken.
Add rice, raisins and vanilla.
Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
Place in pan containing about 1-inch boiling water.
Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 until brown.
