Lillie Bean'S Persimmon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. each: cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream egg and butter; add sugar.
    Add flour, nuts, raisins and spices.
    Beat egg; add to persimmon pulp.
    Dissolve soda in persimmon pulp.
    Combine with dry ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
