No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    3 tsp. brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten (add enough water to make 1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Make crumbs of dry ingredients and shortening.
    Add beaten egg, water and vinegar.
    Can be stored in refrigerator.
    Makes 3 or 4 double crust pies.
