Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split
1/4 c. olive oil
6 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Wash chicken thoroughly and pat dry.
Place flour, paprika, and pepper in plastic food bag and shake.
Place pieces of chicken in bag and shake, coating each piece of chicken with flour mixture.
Pour olive oil in baking dish and lay chicken in pan. Bake, uncovered, in oven at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake for 15 minutes longer, until tender.
