24 miniature peppermint patties
48 Nilla wafers
vanilla frosting (ready made)
1/2 c. coconut, tinted green
sesame seed
honey
yellow food color
Preparation

Divide vanilla frosting.
Spread half of the wafers with frosting (flat side).
Sprinkle coconut on frosted wafers.
Lay peppermint patty on coconut.
With yellow coloring, tint rest of frosting.
Spread rest of wafers with frosting and lay on patty. Lightly brush tops with honey; sprinkle with sesame seed.
Makes 24 cookies.
