Seafood Lasagna - cooking recipe

6 lasagna noodles
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
salt and pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. thin sliced mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
garlic and parsley as desired
1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. imitation crab
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 c. white wine
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
paprika
Preparation

Mix cottage cheese, salt, pepper and eggs. Mix crabmeat, shrimp, margarine, mushrooms, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, scallops, crab, onion, mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese and white wine.
Spray 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Coat bottom well. Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture and crabmeat mixture and repeat. Top with Mozzarella cheese and paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let sit 15 minutes before serving.
