Holiday Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. green onions (tops)
    1 c. plain bread crumbs
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. thyme powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. sugar
    hot sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Meatballs:
    Mix onions, celery, garlic, chopped green onion tops, bread crumbs, chili powder, thyme and paprika to ground meat.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Form into bite-size balls.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until brown.
