Cheesy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow summer squash
    1 onion
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    24 soda crackers
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash and chopped onion until tender in a small amount of water. Drain. Mix with sour cream and half of the margarine, cheese and crackers. Pour in a buttered baking dish. Put the remaining crackers, margarine and cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
