Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/4 lb. beef round steak, cut into thin strips (3/4 x 2-inches)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef broth
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 c. sour cream
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Dredge meat in blended flour, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Reserve extra flour mixture.
    Brown meat in butter, then add onions and mushrooms.
    Cook until tender and browned.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons reserved flour.
    Gradually add broth, Worcestershire and catsup, stirring until boiling.
    Add sour cream, heat well. Serve over noodles.
