Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and raw
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix with first 5 ingredients and stir until well blended.
    Add walnuts.
    Pour into an ungreased large loaf pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
