Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. round steak
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    garlic salt
    flour
Preparation
    Cut round steak in pieces.
    Flour and brown.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Top with sliced onion and green pepper.
    Pour tomato sauce over everything.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Put in baking pan after browning, then top with onion and pepper.
