Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 thick pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. quick cook rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
Preparation

Brown pork chops in oil; season with salt and pepper.
Place in casserole dish.
Cover with rice.
Mix soup and milk together and pour over rice, being careful to cover rice with liquid. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Chicken soup will be absorbed by rice and pork chops.
