Corn Machue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. ears fresh corn or 4 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery stalk, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes or whole tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic in oil until tender.
    Drain corn and add with 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes; cook 45 minutes, covered, on medium heat, stirring often to prevent sticking.
