Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. cream or evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Place butter and egg yolks in bowl; beat until light and fluffy (about 1 minute).
    Add cream, vanilla and salt.
    Turn to stir speed; gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until desired consistency is reached.
    Yields frosting for 2 (9-inch) layers.
