Little Cheesecakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
48 vanilla wafers
Preparation

Have ingredients at room temperature.
Into cupcake pans, put paper liners and a vanilla wafer.
Beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients and cream together.
Beat on low speed until light and fluffy.
Spoon into cups, 3/4 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until set (10 to 15 minutes).
Cool out of pan on cake rack.
When cool spread cherry pie filling on top of each one.
Store in refrigerator. Makes 48.
