"Mom'S" Corned Beef Salad - 1976 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 can beef consomme
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, grated
    3 hard-cooked eggs (2 chopped and 1 sliced for garnish)
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 can corned beef hash
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Heat consomme; add jello.
    When it starts to thicken, add lemon juice, then all other ingredients, except the egg for garnish.
    Serves 2.
