Ingredients

Something for a pizza crust, either pre-baked or dough
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium red onion, sliced into rings
2 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper, diced
4 oz. prosciutto, diced
4 oz. mozzarella, grated
2 Tbsp. rosemary
Preparation

Saut the onion and garlic in the oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the pepper, cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until the onions are caramelized.
Spread mixture out over the pizza crust; add prosciutto, cheese and rosemary.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 30 minutes if using a raw crust, 15-20 minutes if pre-baked.
