Basic Vegetarian "Meat Ball Or Patties" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cracker or cornflake crumbs
    1 c. finely ground nuts
    1 onion, chopped or ground
    1 c. grated cheese
    4 eggs (may use extra egg if mix is too dry)
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Form into balls about the size of golf balls. Place in baking dish and cover with foil.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes until set and slightly brown.
    Serve with sour cream, sauce and noodles or spaghetti sauce and pasta or savory sauce with potatoes.
    Makes 30 balls, 2 or 3 per serving. Make patties as a veggie burger.
