French Breakfast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 large eggs, separated
    4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar.
    Blend in egg yolk.
    Add other ingredients to creamed mixture.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in small greased muffin tins, 20 to 25 minutes. Roll hot rolls in melted butter, then in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
