Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Bring 1 cup water to a boil and add rice.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 14 minutes.
    Do not stir.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
