Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ham or sausage, ground and cooked, or crumbled bacon
    8 slices bread, cut up
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese or sharp
    8 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt if using sausage
    1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms or 1 can stems or pieces
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until desired doneness.
