Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes, sliced
1 small onion, sliced (optional)
1 c. milk
1 to 2 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Precook potatoes for 5 minutes; drain.
In oblong casserole, put layer of potatoes and layer of beef.
Mix eggs and milk together, pour over layer and add salt and pepper.
Repeat layers and egg mixture as many times as you want.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until burger is done.
