Gloria Price'S Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    4 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of cayenne
Preparation
    Heat butter to\tbubbling
    in a small saucepan.\tPut egg yolks, lemon juice,
    salt\tand cayenne into container of electric blender.
    Cover
    and
    turn\ton
    high
    speed.
    Immediately remove cover and pour hot butter in a steady stream.
    Yield: 1 1/4 cups. May
    be
    stored
    in
    refrigerator.\tCan
    reheat
    by placing jar in a pan of warm water.
