Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. new potatoes
    3 bunches green onions
    1 c. chopped parsley
    large curd cottage cheese
    1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    boiled eggs
    crisp bacon
    spiced pepper
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Make 3 days ahead.
    Boil potatoes with skin on. Layer potatoes, salt and pepper, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, onion and cottage cheese.
    Slice eggs and crumbled bacon on top.
