Dutch Apple-Crisp Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. tart apples
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Peel apples and slice thin.
Mix 1/2 of sugar with 2 tablespoons flour and spices.
Toss flour mixture with apples. Pour into pastry shell and sprinkle lemon juice over apples; set aside.
