Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. grated American cheese
2 lb. ground meat
1 large bag Doritos, crushed
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
3 buttons garlic, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 jalapeno, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can Carnation milk
Preparation

Cook meat, garlic and onion together until meat is done.
Add enchilada sauce, soups, milk and pepper.
Mix well and cook about 15 minutes.
Put in dish layer of Doritos, meat mixture, cheese and repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
This freezes well and will keep in refrigerator for several days.
