Best Yet Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant, cooked and mashed
    1 beaten egg
    1 large chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine eggplant with egg, onion, salts, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add melted drippings.
    In a casserole, layer eggplant, crumbs and 3/4 cup cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
    Bake for about 10 more minutes. Very good.
