"Mag Swift'S" Cocoons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 lb. ground almonds
    2 c. confectioners sugar (for coating cocoons)
Preparation
    Mix all together in a large bowl.
    Knead well with hands until bowl is clean.
    Take tiny bits of dough (size of a pecan); roll between your palms until an oval shape (not too pointed or they will burn).
