German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chopped nuts
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Preparation

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan well.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over bottom.
Sprinkle Angel Flake coconut over nuts.
